Palm House Adult Care Home has been in business since 1995. Over the last eight years, Palm House Adult Care Home has established itself as one of the premier adult care homes in central Arizona. Our lovely assisted living home is located less than a minute from I-17, off of the Greenway exit.

The entire property has been renovated, and reconstructed with eight bedrooms and three bathrooms. Six of the gorgeous bedrooms here at Palm House Adult Care Home are private rooms and the other two are semi private.

Palm House Adult Care Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. This is one of the more preferred living arrangements for most of the elderly who can no longer live independently

The cost is about half as much as a nursing home.

The care is much more individualized (one on one care.)
